At ASHYBEANS, cooking is more than just preparing meals — it’s a lifelong passion passed down through three generations. From a childhood nickname to the kitchen AshyBeans is the name that describes me. Watching family master seasoning and timing without timers, I learned the art of precision and care in every dish. My mission is to serve the community quality food that brings comfort and joy, all while making fine dining affordable and accessible.

Having cooked in well-known restaurants and now stepping into my own kitchen, I bring a unique blend of flavors from BBQ to tacos, soul food to Chinese-inspired dishes, all crafted with love and the goal of minimizing food waste by donating leftovers to those in need. God wants us all to love and care for one another and I want to nourish the community. Every plate tells a story, and every bite feels like home.

Daily Specials

Monday: BBQ Plates
Includes two sides; options include chicken, ribs (beef or pork), meatloaf, salmon, and hotlinks.

Tuesday: Tacos & Mexican Dishes
Chicken, steak, fish, shrimp tacos with traditional toppings and combo options.

Wednesday: Soul Food
Classic sides like mac and cheese, collard greens, yams, and tamale pie.

Thursday: Chinese-Inspired Dishes
Flavorful meals with savory spices and fresh ingredients.

Friday: Fried Friday
Fried chicken, fish, mushrooms, wings, and more served with fries.

BBQ Plates: $12–$20, two sides included

Fried Delights: $10-$22, two sides included

Salads: $8, add proteins or toppings for a small additional cost
